The Circulation Service at Learning Resource Centre is fully automated. The entire collection of the library, mainly books and audio visual material are bar-coded. Members need to present their We School IDs to get the books issued on their names. Books are issued for a period of one week and if they are not on demand, one can get them re-issued for the second time.

Members are expected to pay overdue charges if they are returning books late.

Members can reserve a book that is out in circulation. When the book is returned, the requested member is informed to collect the book. The system provides issue statistics for any given period and statistics of who borrows what, the fast moving titles, list of overdue
